A New Design Project For Me!

My friend Jojo Nunal posted this picture in his FB wall and I was intrigued by the design!!  I think it's something I can recreate!  He did not place the name of the designer though!  It would've been interesting to see his (or her) other designs!  Nothing like a quirky designer to wake me up from my design funk!!
