Yin Chang of Gossip Girl

Well, I don't watch Gossip Girl but I found it as one of the TV shows that Yin Chang appeared in.  I actually saw her in The Bling Ring where she was some sort of leader of the group who stole clothes and stuff from celebrities living in Hollywood.  She does the part well, part bitchy, part likeable, always bubbly, always looking for the next source of adrenaline!
