This is hilarious reading! I love movies and stories about mermaids and zombies but of course, common sense dictates that they're just fiction and mostly, an amalgamation of our wonderful imagination, combining what is real and what is fantasy! For a government to officially release a memorandum about these things make them look - well, a bit crazy themselves.
Seriously people, Assad is killing his own countrymen's children in Syria - there should be better things for us to do than wonder if there are mermaids!
