Hot Swimming Fun at 88 Hotsprings Resort in Calamba

We went off on a short swimming trip to 88 Hotsprings Resort in Calamba, Laguna yesterday.  We actually regularly go to the place to go swimming and we love it there.  It's not crowded and the rooms are well-appointed.  They're not even rooms, more of duplexes of bungalows, since they're situated from each other.  It's spacious inside and they provide you with towels, toothbrushes, soap, toilet paper and the fridge is stocked with softdrinks, water and other drinks.

There are four swimming pools in the resort, all of them heated which makes the swimming experience very pleasant!  There are also dipping pools whose water temperature stands at around 42 degrees Centigrade - which is really really hot - but after the early discomfort, your body does get used to the heat.

There is a big white slide in one of the pools - which is incidentally, for kids since it's not deep while the other pools are much deeper, suitable for the adults.  The gardens are well-manicured and there is a lagoon in the farthest side but with only one banca to row in.  As the elevation starts to ascend in the back, everything in the slopes are clothed in green foliage!

The rooms usually start at 5K pesos (roughly around US$100++) and food is not allowed inside the resort (although it's ok to hide it in your bags and not make it conspicuous.  In a way, the place also seems private since it's not very crowded and very noisy.  More importantly, the pools are always clean!
