I have been dancing to Les Mills Body Jam program since 2003 and ushering in 2016, it's now my 13th year of doing Body Jam! A fitting way to welcome the new year was this 'marathon' we did in our club, Fitness First Trinoma here in Quezon City! Thanks to our wonderful teacher, Jing, ayun, we danced to our hearts' content until our legs gave out!
