Adam Brody: The Scruffy Cute Geek

Adam Brody was in Jennifer's Body which I've been seeing several times in Star Movies right now.  He's a cute geek, isn't he?  He's a bit scruffy in some of his pictures but you couldn't possibly not fall in love with those eyes of his!  Megan Fox's character surely had a delicious time devouring him - at least in the movie!

David Giuntoli: Grimm's Handsome Leading Man

I don't know how new the TV show Grimm is but it's one of the new shows that I've been watching nowadays, intrigued by its plotline of having so-called supernatural creatures walking this earth, in human form.  David Giuntoli plays the lead and the good guy who has those powers and in the first episode I saw, he had to find a missing man who unfortunately stumbles into a den of these scary beings who can transform themselves into wolf-like creatures.  Well, looking forward to watching the next few episodes of this!

Sexy Rocker Lenny Kravitz in The Hunger Games

It was kind of a 90s reunion in The Hunger Games because sexy rocker Lenny Kravitz, who had a host of hits in that decade, was also, much to my surprise, in the cast - in a role that also surprised me - a stylist!  It was really pretty cool too since he played the role with so much machismo you rarely (or never find) in most stylists, lol!  Anyway, I love that scene when he says goodbye to Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence).  Simple, dignified, sad....I do hope to see him in more movies - and the directors should let him be shirtless - he used to undress a lot before the cameras during his heydays - and he still looks fine now!

Martin del Rosario and Sebastian Castro in Karelasyon

I rarely watch local shows unless I like the local talent in it.  This is one of the few times since both Martin del Rosario and Sebastian Castro are in it.  It's going to be on in a few minutes and the show is called Karelasyon.

Dave Franco: Adorable and Cute in 'Unfinished Business'

I'm not sure if I have featured Dave Franco on this blog before, but anyway, he becomes 2015's hunk #3 after Jamie Dornan and Taron Egerton.  He does have a cute butt which he shows to great effect in his latest movie Unfinished Business.  I love the way that he acts here, completely makes him cute and adorable! He does look hot shirtless with that naughty smile of his!

Ryan Guzman: The Best Reason to Watch 'The Boy Next Door'

It's impossible not to get lost in the eyes of Ryan Guzman as you watch The Boy Next Door!  He's just really hot, hawt, hot!  As soon as he appears, I think, into the first 10 minutes of the movie, you could actually hear the women and the gay men in the audience actually swoon and drool!  He's the ultimate eye candy!  

If only for this reason, he's probably the best excuse you can make to yourself as to why you should watch 'The Boy Next Door'.

His character though in this movie is not so nice, I have to warn you in advance.  No goody-two shoes here, but even then, we like them bad, don't we!

Dennis Trillo in Ang Katiwala

I'm watching Ang Katiwala on Fox Filipino with Dennis Trillo as the katiwala - and it's this slow, plodding movie that's supposed to be a horror story.

Such a waste really.

If I were the producer of this movie - with Dennis Trillo as the only main character portraying a katiwala - he'll be shirtless most of the time - in various stages of undress in his scenes - and the movie will be a psychological horror thriller bordering on soft porn.

If I have to shell out half a million pesos for an indie movie like this, might as well get my money's worth! Why waste the talents of a hot actor who can also act!

Discovering Thai Actor Ananda Everingham

I just watched Wildlife (Kalayaan), a 2012 Cinemalaya movie and I discovered Thai actor, Ananda Everingham.  HE IS HOT!!!   Well, never mind the movie.  It bored me to death.  It's supposed to be about the effects of isolation (which it does effectively present) but what's the point?  It kinda remind me of Tom Hanks' Castaway, but that was more fun to watch.  This one is a sleeping pill.

Anyway, Ananda looked magnificent in the movie - scruffy, sexy, sweaty, yummy!  For some part there, I thought there'd be a threesome between Ananda, Zanjoe and Luis hahaha!  Anyhow, the first scene alone is worth the movie ticket!  He's huge!

Hunk Du Jour: Step Up All In's Ryan Guzman

My current hunk du jour is Ryan Guzman of Step Up All In.  Not only is he eye candy, he can also act and dance well!  We really enjoyed watching the movie because of him!  My friend, Budz, couldn't help gush all over him everytime he appears onscreen!

Ang Hot ni Angelo Ilagan

It's a pity Angelo Ilagan had to leave showbiz because of attitude problems before.  Ang hirap kaya bumalik lalo na't marami namang fresh diyan and hot.  He did do some butt exposure sa Unfriend so that should up his stakes a bit.  He can also act so that's a plus for him.  Hindi naman unusual for an indie actor to make it to the mainstream. Coco Martin can attest to that.

Andy Samberg: Hot During This Year's Golden Globes!

 

Andy Samberg won a Golden Globe today for Best Actor for a TV Comedy.  Among the winners last night, he was probably the hunkiest of them all - to think Matthew McConaughey and Leonardo Di Caprio won too! 

JC de Vera is Back!

It's great to see JC de Vera back in circulation once again, at least among the hot guys of local showbiz.  He's my gym mate and I've seen him up close in the sauna and he has a really nice body!  Sana sunod-sunod na ito kasi he's not getting younger anymore.....
