I had this interesting conversation with Mama today where she talked about my sister, Mimi, who visits our Lola Med in the cemetery and asks her to intercede for her intentions. I told Mama that I actually do that too, with Papa. I talk to Papa as if he were there and ask him to help us solve our problems - and maybe ask God or Mother Mary to intercede in our behalf. I believe that even if they are dead already, our loved ones can serve as our contact that can help us have an audience with God.
