Exhausted with Walking Dead Season 3

I finished all the episodes of Walking Dead Season 3 last night and although I enjoyed it immensely, it was exhausting to watch it!  Sometimes I feel so invested with the characters since I've known them since Season 1, so to find out that some of them die this season, was just not easy to accept.  And some of the characters are so mean and double-edged - they appear nice but are really sleazy folks!  Sometimes, I feel that in this season, it's not the zombies anymore who are scary - it's the human beings themselves!
