Gym Mate David Chua: Tall, Lean and Cute in Person

I didn't know David Chua, my gym mate was a minor TV celebrity and model!  I see him in the gym everyday and he is quiet and non-intrusive and doesn't really draw attention to himself - but well, with his finely chiseled nose and beautiful eyes and tall, lean body, it's virtually impossible NOT to notice him!  He is very much goodlooking in person in a very effortless way.  The hottie you see in this pictures are very much justified if you see him in person!

Actor Teach Grant Plays Badass Roles Really Well

When I was watching the horror movie, The Tall Man, one of the actors who caught my attention was Teach Grant.  He played a mean guy who impregnates the daughter of this woman who lives with him - and well, he's abusive!  Anyway, although he plays a mean character, I can't help but notice the guy's sex appeal under all those leather - jacket, pants - it must really be cold where he lives - looks like the Pacific Northwest to me.  Hope to see him in more Hollywood movies though!

Finally Did Body Jam 66 and Lovin' It

Ayan, I finally danced to the whole Body Jam 66 release for the first time last night. The instructor was Yen Ling Chong and she said she mentored under Arnold! Imagine that! Small world!! And like most Body Jam instructors, she's so perky and madaldal! Anyway, there's so much facing to the right then facing to the left and turning and jumping in the new release but it's something I'm looking forward to do more times back in Manila! And they're playing Avicii!! Luvitt!! I think we've done Beyonce's Crazy in Love before di ba, and with the new step, you'd really have to channel Beyonce to get the feel for it!

My Guilty Pleasure in Kuala Lumpur: Delicious Chinese Food!

This is the name of the restaurant I was talking about

This is incredibly delicious! Just 10 ringgit!!

And I ate the soup with this rice, malinamnam!

This is their working area, topsy turvy but they churn out delicious food!

Well, they have pictures of their food so you can just point at what you want to eat.
I have eaten Chinese food all over the world, from the hoity toity restos to the hole-in-the-wall, but this nondescript restaurant in KL serves the most delicious soup and rice combination that I've ever tasted! Feeling ko tuloy ako si Anthony Bourdain!

This is one of my guilty pleasures and I eat here every night that I'm here in KL!! I brought Mama here already and she agrees with me as well! Yun lang, they don't speak English, so 'may-I-point" ka sa picture if you want to order, there is no airconditioning, and the patrons are just regular people dressed in pambahay so dapat cool ka lang din when you eat here para you won't stand out. I really have to thank my Malaysian friend Rodney, for forcing me to eat here, and taught me how it 'works', otherwise, I'd still be eating in KFCs or McDonald's......

Who Needs Foreplay?

Everytime I travel and meet a cute foreigner guy who has been to Manila, their first observation almost always is the grinding poverty here which they say contrasts starkly with the modern condos and big malls, then they ask me why there are so many poor people here and to just lighten up the conversation I just say, "Do you want the Miss Universe answer or the Christiane Amanpour BBC documentary answer?" And they just laugh!! And my mind goes, f**k Napoles and our corrupt leaders, sisirain pa ng mga mokong yan ang gabi ko, can't you see, I just want to run my fingers through that six-pack abs of yours, now do me a favor, and take off your shirt
