Rediscovering How Hot Rob James-Collier Is of Downton Abbey!

I stopped watching Downton Abbey not because the I didn't like the show. It's just that it was one of the things that I and my ex enjoyed watching together, so that after the first season, I just had to tune out of the show just to be able to move on.

In fact, he gave me the complete first season of the show and it was one of the TV shows we watched together while eating chips on his bed.

Anyway, last night, I was going through one of my bauls, and found the DVD he gave me of the first season, along with the next three seasons of the show!

I decided to play the first season and it was love at first sight once again! I forgot how gwapo Rob James Collier is!! And how acerbic Maggie Smith was! Oh god, the many lines we'd share with each other showing how b****y Maggie's character was! Wonderful memories!

Oh well, I will slowly watch the first season again along with the next three seasons, and hopefully, find a copy of the 5th and 6th season.

I wish Holy Week na para matapos ko lahat ng seasons!

Borta Actor Allen Leech: Plays A Covert Role in The Imitation Game

I haven't seen Allen Leech yet in Downton Abbey.  I haven't seen the latest season yet.  Yet he is in the movie The Imitation Game and he plays a very covert role in it - which will surprise you towards the end of the movie.  He looks hot and borta in these pictures from Downton Abbey!  He doesn't undress though in The Imitation Game.

Dan Stevens: Charming in Downton Abbey

When Dan Stevens's character was introduced in the first season of Downton Abbey, I immediately took on to him since there were not many goodlooking men in the series and his character was less stuffy than the more aristocratic characters.  In season 2 of this favorite show of mine, we see him in a less sexy way because of an accident but his character faces a life-altering choice and I don't understand why the writers decided to inject a third wheel in what could've been an ideal marriage.

Rob James Collier: Downton Abbey Hunk

I love Rob James Collier's character in Downton Abbey since he's a bit of a rogue and that what adds to his sex appeal.  Of course, we never see him shirtless in this series - it's not that kind of show but still, I can feel all that sexual tension between the characters

Allen Leech: Irish Cutie in Downton Abbey

I only noticed Allen Leech's character in today's episode of Downton Abbey!  I guess in the transition from the first to the second season, a lot of new characters have been introduced, even among the men!  What's interesting is that his character's conflicts are sexual and relational in nature - which is great because a goodlooking actor like him should have someone to kiss or flirt with in this series!

Dan Stevens of Downton Abbey

I can't believe I haven't posted yet about Dan Stevens, probably my most favorite actor in the BBC miniseries Downton Abbey.  He was also the actor in that book turned movie, In the Line of Beauty.  So it's a bit strange I never wrote about him - till now of course.

Maggie Smith: #GoldenGlobes 2013 Best Supporting Actress for Miniseries or TV Movie

What would Downton Abbey be without Dame Maggie Smith?   Her b****-y lines are always something I look forward to seeing when I watch Downton Abbey since she does it so subtly and with firm conviction - and leaving the recipient dumbfounded and shell shocked- and the audience in stitches!! I guess the members of the HFPA loves her character so much, she gets another award for the second season of this acclaimed British miniseries.  There have been rumours though that she's leaving the show - and if it does happen, the miniseries will certainly lose a colorful character!

Classic Lines From 'Downton Abbey': "What is a Weekend"

I discovered Downton Abbey because of my baby Alberto who was raving about this BBC series! This is one of the most talked about scenes in Season 1 when Maggie Smith delivers that famous line, "What is a weekend" - and just watch everyone's reaction!
