Gerard Butler: The Bear You Want to Hug in Machine Gun Preacher

You need a bear - a large guy with a big personality to pull of the role of Sam Childers in Machine Gun Preacher.  He is after all, the guy who is battling these renegade rebels who are out kidnapping children and using them as child soldiers.  The transformation of Gerard Butler in this movie is incredible!  I love the way Gerard Butler attacks his role because his character is always on the edge of slipping into a bit of madness mainly because of the burden he is carrying - but all throughout the movie - whether he is in Africa or back in the US - you can't deny seeing how sexy he is - just oozing with sex appeal!

Julian Morris: The Gorgeous Boyfriend in Sorority Row

Julian Morris plays the gorgeous boyfriend of Briana Evigan in Sorority Row.  He does have a playful scene in the movie, before all the horror happens.  He's adorable!  I hope to see him in more movies in the future.  And of course, more skin exposure is requested!

Sid Lucero: The Scruffy Call Boy in Tambolista

I just watched this indie movie on Cinema One entitled Tambolista and it featured one of the hunks of Philippine independent movies - Sid Lucero.  With his pedigree, Sid could've easily broken into mainstream showbiz but since the interesting roles are not there, I understand why he has chosen the more demanding indie movie route.  I've seen him in Selda and Muli and I think this is my third viewing of his movies - and I think among those three movies - he looks hot here and very sexy. The scruffy look really brings out his animal appeal!  And thank God, he can act, even with that beautiful face, he can be the Machiavellian character he is supposed to be - goodlooking on the outside, rotten on the inside.  He has several shirtless scenes here - lucky us!

Among the four, JT DE Guzman sports the most masculine look mainly because of his semikal and moreno features.  He's probably the naughtiest 'playmate' among the four and don't be shocked as he gets into action right at the start of the first frame of this movie!
