A Parting Gift from Fitness First Avenue K

The receptionist of Fitness First Avenue K gave me this nice ID keyholder when she noticed that I did not have any.

And she did not mind that I was just a foreigner and a guest and not even a member of that particular club!

Talk about quick customer service.

And she did not charge me anything for it.

Will Watch Madonna After All: But Not in Manila

I just learned now that Madonna is going to do 2 shows in Hong Kong. The most expensive tickets just cost 15k each. That's front seat tickets.

The cheapest ticket costs 3500 pesos.

And it's going to be on February 17 and 18!

Body Jam Launch in Fitness First Avenue K

I guess they have the same launch date as us here. They used to be more than a month ahead. They're just as crazy though with Body Jam here.

If you're complaining about not having enough space in the clubs here, try dancing beside two six footer guys and do the choreo with a lot of turns!

Talk about avoiding flailing arms and flailing legs - these guys give another definition to dance.

Fitness First Avenue K - Nice View to Work Out

It's a pity none of the local Fitness First clubs here have a memorable view.

My favorite club before was HK's Harbour View branch since it had this spectacular view of the Hong Kong island skyline - and if you go there everyday - you just get used to it and pay it no mind.

But it was breathtaking first time I saw it. It was virtually a view to die for!

FF Avenue K also has a nice view, if it could just be viewed vertically.

Took a break from all my tennis tonight and had a great Body Jam class with my friend!
