Coolest Mother and Daughter Pair in the Oscars this Year

I'm a big fan or Melanie Griffith as 'Working Girl' and 'Shining Through' are two of my most favorite movies of all time! And although many of my friends didn't like the movie version of Fifty Shades of Grey, I love how her daughter, Dakota Johnson, played the role. It reminded me as a virgin and still discovering how 'sick' and sexy real sex can be! I hope an Oscar nomination is in Dakota's stars soon, just like her Mom!

Working Girl: One of My Ten Favorite Movies from the 80s

Working Girl is one of my favorite comedies from that decade! It's funny and you really root for the Tess, the role played by Melanie Griffith. I discovered Joan Cusack here and realized what a great comedic actress she is. Sigourney Weaver is here too as the bitch-y boss and again, Harrison Ford! The Academy, again, snubbed him here. Porque? If I feel down and out - I just pop this movie in to make me feel good again!
