Freestyle Dancers who Dance from the Heart!

These guys and gals are pretty freakin' great dancers! They were doing the best freestyle I've seen in any dance club I have been anywhere in the world.
Talagang, they totally lose themselves in the music!  Wish I had their heart when I do freestyle for my G-Force classes!

Cool to Meet Up with Andre Paras

Andre's Dad used to by my 'classmate' in CMT (Citizen's Military Training) in UP a very long time ago.
I think his Dad was a junior already and I was still a freshman and I guess his Dad did not do his CMT in his first 2 years (which was the norm then), since why would he be with us?
Andre though was pretty charming and talkative. It just happened that one of the people in the group I was dancing with knew him well and he joined us.
We were dancing kasi in the center of the dance floor really down there, so it was not hard to miss us.

Tel Aviv Party Weekend #1 at the Palace Pool Club

I love Israel. Israelis in the house. Love the laidback atmosphere. Love the idea of wearing shorts to a pool party.

The Cute Boys at the Palace Pool Club

There were a lot of cute boys in the party last night! Some of them were pretty friendly and didn't mind having a wefie!
It was easier to approach the white bekis though because I've had so much practice with them. It also helped that they had such interesting jobs and lives!
As for the cute hetero Pinoys, I could really use a pretty, sexy girl na madiskarte, as a wing girl, next time! Di ba Charina Pinez Errea?
With others, I just had to content myself with stolen shots.
Para-paraan!

The Fun Pretty Girls at The Palace Pool Club

Whenever I party and wherever it may be in the world, it's always the girls who come to me. It's either I look like a fag hag or I look harmless.
Sayang, andami pa namang cute boys around.
Anyhow, these girls were pretty fun to have around though. I even had to wear the "I love Israel shirt" for solidarity and for the photo op!

K Long: The Drag Queen Sent to Liven Up Last Night's Party

The host and special guest for last night's party at the Palace Pool Club was K Long, a drag queen who towered all over us at a height of 7 feet. Add a few inches to her high heel kinky boots and she was quite a sight to see.

Like Lady Gaga meets the world's tallest woman.

Unlike our local drag queens though, she couldn't belt out and just lipsynched her songs and due to her stature weaved and danced carefully because seriously, those high heel boots of hers can cause a severe sprain if she tripped!

She was cool though for photo ops and mind you, when she went around, the poor six footer basketball players present looked like schoolboys! It was so funny to see!

She was just a towering presence!

Tel Aviv Party Weekend at the Palace Pool Club!

Thanks to the invitation from our friend from the Israel embassy, we were able to celebrate the first of the two parties celebrating the Tel Aviv Party Weekend here in Manila at the Palace Pool Club at the BGC!

It was also a special night since it was the first time the Fabe siblings came out to party in a very loooooong time.  It was also our first time at this venue.

My sister was surprised about the new set-up of guest lists and the expensive cover charge for the tables and cabanas.  I told her the local party scene has changed a bit since we last partied.

Nowadays, each table has a charge attached whence before, you can just get a table and not worry about having to order too much.

Anyway, we just ordered what we could consume.  The idea naman is to have a great time without having to spend so much.

None of us drink by the way, well, I will drink, if someone will offer me a drink, otherwise, I stick to soda.

Checked Out The Palace Pool Club Last Night

I have heard a lot of great things lately about Manila's party scene and how it has really elevated itself to world-class status.

I haven't really checked out any of the party venues today's millennials go to but with the right invitation coming from the right person, how I can say no?

I've been wanting to go to the Palace Pool Club for sometime now because some international DJs performed there last year, but since I lacked the courage to just ask around about the place, ayun, I missed the shows of Steve Aoki and Kaskade.

Not gonna happen this year.  I know the layout of the place already and I know the right places to just chill without spending an arm and a leg!

It is a beautiful place and I love the idea that it's open air.  People there said it was big but I've been to bigger party places abroad so I just quietly nodded.

I like the way they arranged the place - party people down near the stage, the smooching crowd in the middle and the alcoholics in the back.

These pictures were taken before the mayhem began so we were able to navigate around the place without much hassle.

Finally, I love the idea of just partying in the most casual of outfits!  However, 80% of the crowd was still dressed up but there were a few lazy ones like me who came in shorts and slip-ons.

Pool party nga e, tapos naka-long sleeves, ano yun?

I will definitely visit the place again, next time I see they feature a visiting DJ!
