While I was doing my research on hot Malaysian hunks, the name of Aaron Aziz came up. However, he is not originally from Malaysia, but from Singapore. He just moved his family and himself, of course, to Malaysia since that's where he was lucky with movie and TV projects. In one of the online polls I saw about Malaysian actors, he had the most votes as the Best New Actor in Malaysian cinema.
