Brit Marling plays Brooke Miller, the darling
daughter of billionaire Robert Miller, played by Richard Gere, in the movie Arbitrage. Brit is such a darling! She plays a feisty and smart character in the
movie and I really felt for her character towards the end of the movie. My parents are not perfect and they’ve never
disappointed me – but what Richard Gere’s character does to her daughter here
would really leave a deep scar on her heart.
I think it’s really tragic if your parents let you down – or betray your
trust.
