Chefs who look like models seem to be de rigueur nowadays - so it is not surprising that I chanced upon an article in the New Straits Times about Chef Sherson Lian, whose English and Chinese parentage does not make him look Malaysian very much, but don't be fooled by his looks because he can speak fluent Malay! And he can do home-cooked meals really well too!
