Every Sunday, the Philippine Star asks a question to its famous readers and this was their question today.
A standard of excellence in whatever work they do. They can be the lowliest mailroom clerk or just the receptionist, but what's important is that they do excellent work. I expect work that meets all the requirements of their respective clients, something that arrives on time and something that is original and pulido.
