I had to put out many fires last year as problems in the business never seemed to cease!! But the interesting thing was that, since we approached each problem with a can-do attitude, we were able to see that these problems were actually opportunities in disguise!
It's always best to approach each problem as something that is solvable and something that can be seen from different viewpoints - thereby allowing you to shift your paradigm - and maybe, just maybe, spot an opportunity from all this mess! It has happened several times in my years as a businessman, so it's always important to keep one's eyes open and continue to improve oneself so the business can survive even as the challenges become more and more difficult.
